The industrial sectors we work in
We work where we can put an engineer in the department: metals and brass, technical plastics, HVAC and valves, precision machining, machine tools, liquid cooling and automotive automation.
Depth beats breadth
A consultant who covers every category knows none of them. We deliberately stay in sectors where we understand the process parameters, the supplier map and the failure modes — and we say no when a request falls outside.
That is also why the sector list below is short: each of these has a cluster we know by name, a set of suppliers we have audited and a quality protocol we can apply.
Sector by sector
Each sector links to the service that usually starts the project.
AI data centre cooling
AISI 316 manifolds, fittings, cold plates and machined interfaces for liquid cooling loops.
Cooling componentsForged and cast brass
CW617N and CW724R forged and machined parts, with dies proven before series production.
Relocate a partHVAC, oil and gas valves
Bodies, bonnets, stems and fittings, pressure tested and traceable, for European valve makers.
Inspect the lotPrecision machining
CNC turning and milling, multi-axis, with CMM reports and surface finish control.
Source a supplierTechnical plastics
PE, PP, PPR and engineering polymers, mould approval, dimensional reports and assembly.
Approve a mouldMachine tools and automation
Multi-spindle lathes, rotary transfer, grinding and assembly lines, distributed and supported in China.
DistributionAutomotive components
IATF 16949 discipline: control plans, PFMEA, PPAP inputs and change control.
Audit the plantLaser marking and finishing
Laser marking, engraving and surface treatment for traceability and branding.
Discuss finishingQuestions about sectors
My product is not in the list. Can you still help?
Sometimes. If the process is close to one of these sectors — another metal forming route, another polymer, another valve family — we can evaluate it. If it is far away, we say so and, where possible, point you elsewhere.
Do you work with assemblies that mix sectors?
Yes, and it is common: a brass body, a stainless insert, a plastic cover and a machined bracket, assembled and tested before shipment. The critical part is the interface specification.
Can you source in a region other than Zhejiang?
Yes: Jiangsu, Guangdong and Shandong for specific processes. Ningbo remains the base because the cluster density reduces logistics and reaction time.
How do you choose the supplier for a sector?
From the process route, not from the sector name: the equipment and the quality system must match the part, and the plant must have capacity when your volumes arrive.
