We sell and support machine tools in China and export OEM industrial products out of it. Same team, two directions: the technical support behind the sale, and the logistics and documentation behind the shipment.
Two directions, one industrial base
In China we distribute machine tools and automation to manufacturers who need capacity: multi-spindle lathes, rotary transfer machines, grinding and assembly lines, with commissioning, training and spare parts.
Out of China we export OEM industrial products — castings, forgings, machined parts, assemblies — to customers in Europe, the USA, Brazil and North Africa, with the quality control described in our inspection service.

A machine tool is sold once and supported for fifteen years. The difference between a good and a bad installation is decided in the first weeks: foundation, utilities, tooling, cutting parameters, operator training.
Our technical office in Italy and our team in Ningbo split the work — application and process on one side, installation and spare parts on the other — so the customer has one number to call.

Questions about distribution
Do you sell machines to Chinese companies or to foreign companies in China?
Both. Most installations are at Chinese manufacturers or at foreign-owned plants operating in China, and the commercial contract can be in RMB or in foreign currency depending on the entity.
Can you support a machine installed in Europe?
For the brands we represent we handle application support and spare parts from Italy, with the Chinese manufacturer's engineering behind it.
Do you take exclusivity?
For selected product lines in defined territories, yes. It is a commercial discussion that depends on volumes and on the technical support we can guarantee.
Can you export our product from China?
Yes: we act as the export arm for European customers who produce in China, handling inspection, documentation and freight.
What about spare parts?
Critical spares are stocked or sourced with the manufacturer's lead time stated in the offer, so you know what a stop costs.
