Thirty years of industrial consulting in China
An Italo-Chinese team based in Ningbo, with coordination in Italy. We have been following European manufacturers in China since 1994 — through sourcing, relocations, audits and the years when nobody wanted to travel.
What we are, and what we are not
We are not a marketplace, not a trading company and not a law firm. We are the technical team that sits between a European drawing and a Chinese plant: we read the specification, we walk the shop floor and we sign the inspection report.
That position has a cost — we cannot promise the lowest price, because we refuse suppliers we would not audit — and a benefit: the decision you make is based on what is actually in the plant.
- Italo-Chinese team, technical and multilingual
- Base in Ningbo, inside the supplier cluster
- Coordination in Italy for language, contracts and time zone
- Partner network in Dubai, London and New Delhi
- Third-party inspection with TTR Institute, Milan
- Confidentiality: many clients cannot be named

How we work
Three levels, one owner per project.
The team on the ground
A director in Ningbo, an operational consultant who has spent his career between Italian and Chinese factories, an operations manager and a coordinator in Italy. Around them, engineers and inspectors called in by process: foundry, machining, plastics, automation.
The people you meet in the first call are the people who will be in the plant. We do not hand the project to a junior after signature.

The people behind the work
Four people you will actually speak to: in Ningbo, in Italy, on the phone and in the plant.
Belinda ZhangDirectorBachelor's degree in languages, Belinda runs the Ningbo office: company administration, supplier correspondence and the daily interface between Chinese plants and European clients. She is the person who turns a European request into something a workshop in Zhejiang can quote.
Daniele PrandelliManaging AdvisorFormer CEO and COO of manufacturing companies between Italy and China. Thirty years of plant management behind the feasibility studies: landed cost, industrial strategy, and the decisions that come before the first drawing.
Cesare TomasoniItaly CoordinatorSales and public-relations background, Cesare is the Italian voice of the company: commercial relations, customer care and coordination between Italian clients and the Ningbo team — in Italian, and on Italian time.
Helen HoffmanOperations DirectorGerman, with a background in operations, mechanics and metallurgy. Helen manages production and supplier qualification: process audits, quality plans, and the metallurgical questions that decide whether a part can be made at all.
Why clients stay
Because the third shipment arrives like the first, because the audit report told them something they could act on, because a problem was flagged before it became a claim.
Industrial consulting in China is a long game: the value is in the years, not in the first project.
Questions about working with us
Where are you based?
Ningbo, Zhejiang, with coordination in Italy and partners in Dubai, London and New Delhi. The team travels to plants across Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Shandong.
Do you work only with Italian companies?
No: clients come from Europe, North and South America and China. Italian is the working language for Italian clients, English for everyone else.
Can you provide references?
Many projects are covered by non-disclosure agreements and cannot be named. We can describe sectors, processes and results without naming the client, and where a reference is public we share it.
How is a project priced?
Fixed fee for feasibility and scouting, day rate for audits and inspections, retainer for production management. Quoted before starting.
What happens if a project fails?
We stop it early — that is the point of the feasibility phase — and we document why. A relocation stopped in month one is a cheap relocation.
