Liquid cooling for AI racks runs on stainless: manifolds, quick disconnects, cold plates, fittings. We produce these parts in the Ningbo cluster, test them to your specification and ship them to European integrators.
Why this sector, why now
Air cooling has reached its limit. High-density racks are moving to direct-to-chip and immersion loops, and every loop is a plumbing problem: hundreds of stainless joints, manifolds and machined interfaces that must not leak for a decade.
Europe has the integrators and the specification; China has the forging, machining and brazing capacity, and a supplier cluster around Ningbo that already serves HVAC and process equipment. The gap between the two is engineering supervision — which is what we do.

The Ningbo advantage, honestly
Ningbo and the surrounding region concentrate foundries, machining shops, surface treatment and brazing within two hours of driving. That means a problem with a casting or a thread can be solved in a week instead of a month.
It also means the market is crowded and quality varies. The supplier you choose matters more than the cluster: we audit the plant, verify the equipment and stay on the lot.
Export and logistics
Parts for cooling loops are often shipped in kits with several references per rack. We consolidate, label per your BOM and prepare the documentation for European customs, so the integrator receives boxes that go straight to the assembly line.
For repeat programmes we hold a buffer of the highest-rotation references in Ningbo and ship on a fixed weekly or monthly rhythm.
Questions about cooling components
Which stainless grade should we specify?
AISI 316L is the default for loops in contact with treated water and glycol mixtures. 304 is acceptable for dry supports but not for wetted parts where chlorides are present.
Can you produce to our drawing and our material certificate?
Yes. We work to the drawing, the material specification and the acceptance criteria you provide, and the first article report is submitted before series production.
Do you test 100% of the parts?
For pressure-retaining assemblies we recommend 100% pressure testing; dimensional checks follow the sampling plan agreed for each characteristic.
What volumes make sense?
From a few hundred pieces per reference per year for machined parts to tens of thousands for fittings. Below that, tooling and setup dominate the price.
Can you handle the EU declaration and labelling?
We prepare the technical file inputs — material certificates, test reports, drawings — and coordinate with your notified body when the assembly needs certification.
