The import-export desk is not a marketplace: it is a service we offer to the clients we already work with. When we source for you, audit your suppliers or run your production, the same team can buy, sell and ship on your behalf — with the quality gate already in place and one number to call.

Drawings, part numbers or a machine model: we come back with price, lead time, Incoterms and the inspection plan.
Quality gate
Pre-shipment inspection with the agreed sampling plan, dimensional report and photographs before the container closes.
Shipment
Documentation, consolidation, loading supervision and freight to your dock — with the lot traceable end to end.
If a lot does not pass, it does not ship
Whatever leaves through this desk travels behind our inspection service: pre-shipment checks with agreed sampling plans, dimensional and packing reports, photographs before the container closes. The same rule we apply to the components we trade and to the parts we source for relocation clients.
Questions about trading
Is the trading desk open to any company?
It is a service we offer to the clients we already operate with: the suppliers are audited and the quality gate is running, so the desk adds sourcing and shipping without adding risk. New engagements normally start with a feasibility review or an audit.
Do you inspect what you ship?
Yes: pre-shipment inspection with the agreed AQL, dimensional reports on the CTQs, packing verification and loading supervision with a photo sequence.
Which Incoterms do you handle?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP as standard, with documentation, consolidation and container loading supervision included in the export handling.
