We made the spindle runout check, all the spindles are below 10 microns. It is a really good machine to make a first customer very satisfied with it.
Attached are also some photos of the current status of the retrofit. In 2 weeks it will be practically finished and we’ll be programming already.

This PLC commands 2 motors, 1 for spindle RPM’s and the other for the camshaft (cycle time). It includes several screens: part counters, spindle RPM’s input, cycle time input, lubrication time, etc
